Over the 24 years that I have been in practice I have helped thousands of sports people, ranging from the total amateur to World Champions.

Most of the time it is to help them overcome mental blocks in their performance and to develop strong competitive skills, so they can (and do) go on to achieve outstanding results in their fields.

Many sporting teams and successful competitors are using hypnosis techniques as an integral part of their preparation, not just in professional sport but also at the lower competitive levels. (Even sport psychologists have used hypnosis techniques in their sports motivation programmes and sometimes don’t realise they are doing it).

By using Fast Track Hypnosis it helps the client to focus on their sport and to develop the skills and attitudes they need to get right to the top. Hypnosis can help to improve their game by removing the self limiting beliefs or behaviours that may be reducing their results, and also feeling much more like training, etc.
