Physical symptoms can include;
A
dry mouth, feelings of choking, pounding of the heart, a tight or
painful chest, difficulty in breathing, sweating, even a feeling of
unsteadiness as if they were walking on sponges.
All
of the above makes the client feel even more anxious and the cycle goes
on and on.
