Physical symptoms can include;

A dry mouth, feelings of choking, pounding of the heart, a tight or painful chest, difficulty in breathing, sweating, even a feeling of unsteadiness as if they were walking on sponges.

All of the above makes the client feel even more anxious and the cycle goes on and on.

If you suffer from panic attacks and since hypnosis is a state of complete mental and physical relaxation it can help you to overcome them.  This is achieved by allowing you to very quickly calm down and then let you see and deal with your worries and fears in a more rational and relaxed way.  By doing so it allows you to get on with your life once again.  

By using my Fast Track Hypnosis method it is possible for you to develop, not only a mental attitude towards well-being, but also a physical attitude as well in a few simple sessions.

The process normally takes approximately 4 sessions depending on your response and commitment. It is impossible to be totally accurate as to how many sessions are required due to the difference in each client and your particular circumstances, but with the use of Fast Track Hypnosis it dramatically speeds up the whole process as opposed to the traditional methods of hypnotherapy which can take far longer.

CDs are also supplied to reinforce the sessions and finally you are then taught autohypnosis, so that you can achieve this wonderful state of relaxation by yourself and to use it as and when required.
