If you are a smoker, then my system of helping you to quit is unique in that I combine 3 different methods into one under 30 minute session which I call Fast Track Hypnosis. (See the Home page for details);

- hypnosis, 
- the minds eye courier,  
- laser light therapy.

By combining all three together it helps to increase the already high success rate of using hypnosis on it's own,  and all this is achieved in less than 30 minutes.  

A CD is also provided at the end of the session to help reinforce all the positive suggestions given while under hypnosis. 

It is also designed to aid further relaxation, and to avoid putting on excess weight (symptom substitution).
