Stop Panic Attacks with Fast Track Hypnosis

Panic attacks are a horrendous feeling for anyone to experience.

 A panic attack is a sudden surge of intense fear or dread that develops for no apparent reason. The attack normally begins very suddenly and can last from a few minutes to several hours, they may even occur when relaxed or asleep.This can be addressed through hypnosis & hypnotherapy.

Clients often say that they feel all or some of the following;

The most significant development is a " feeling of impending doom". In other words, they are constantly waiting for something terrible to befall them and enter the "what if "scenario. What if this happens again, or what if that happens when I am at a meeting, etc, and they proceed to back themselves into a corner where they feel in danger and unable to escape.
The worst thing about panic attacks is the intense fear the person has that they will have another attack, so they become preoccupied with their own anxiety symptoms, and dwell on thoughts of dying or other catastrophes such as a heart attack.

The psychological core of panic attacks can centre around fears of internal physical disaster, such as: Heart attack, acute abdominal catastrophe or cancer.
Mental disorder, such as going crazy or 'making a fool out of yourself' (public disgrace).
