Sports Motivation – Reviews and feedback from people for Sports Motivation using Fast Track Hypnosis

Reviews and Testimonials

Over the years my waiting room walls have gathered quite a lot of letters from past clients telling of how my Fast Track Hypnosis has helped them get on with their life. Many people coming through my door for the first time will say to me ” I bet you haven’t heard of my problem before”. Then I would point to a letter of someone with a similar problem.
The reviews and testimonials on this page are from clients who have successfully used it for Sports Motivation

Please note, all the original letters and emails are held at my Belfast office.

Below is a small selection of reviews show how Hypnosis has helped these people to deal with sports motivation.

DOG SPORT UPDATE 2
THANK YOU!
Hi Alan,
Just thought you’d like to see this picture of my dog and I at the world championships in Germany last week, sharing the field with a former world champion and one of my heroes in dog sport.

When I first went to you in November 2013 I didn’t even think I could get the entry-level qualification because of my awful nerves – thank you so much for everything!

DOG SPORT UPDATE 1

Hi Alan,
I came to your Lisburn Road clinic last year, November 2013, after having a disaster while competing in a working trial competition with my dog.

My nerves went and I miss-threw a dumbbell and then he lost it because I lost it. I felt like my body was there but my brain had just checked out and gone somewhere else entirely.

I did the fast-track four-session therapy to help increase my confidence as my nerves seemed to get worse and worse.

Fast forward to March 2014 and we passed the phase called IPOI with 97 (out of 100) points in tracking, 80 in obedience and 98 in protection.

I managed to land the dumbbell in the right country this time (that is what worried me the most) and despite not being the best throw in the world, I handled it a lot better and kept my nerve and so did the dog.

The judge said that the highlight of the event was watching my track and protection round.

Many spectators said that the couldn’t believe how different my handling was, because I was so calm and confident and not sweating and flapping like I would have done in the past.

I have a great dog and I was not showing off how good he is because of my bad nerves and lack of confidence, so thanks to you Alan for helping us get on the first rung of the ladder and hopefully we can continue to improve.
Many thanks, Clare

DOG SPORT
Hi Alan,

I recently had a session with you at the Adair Arms Hotel for stress/nerves during participation in dog trials.

I previously had a series of fast-track sessions in late 2013, months later, we passed our IPOI qualification with scores of 97/80/98 (each out of 100).

However the nerves were beginning to creep back and were starting to effect our performance again.

I am pleased to let you know that two weeks after my most recent consultation, my dog passed his IPO2 qualification with scores of 96/93/95 under a judge visiting Ireland from the Netherlands.

When I am calm, my dog is calm and he works a lot better. Again we had lots of comments about my overall demeanour and handling.

Many thanks again for your help, Clare …….

BIKE RIDING

I’m so happy to confirm I m back out on the bike and have had 3 successful cycling events in the past 2 weeks.

Here is hoping to continued positive attitude and outlook on my cycling future.

I am indebted to you for your help in getting me to this stage of my journey.

Kind regards
Helena

GOLF

Dear Alan, I am writing to thank you for the session and CD I got from you some weeks ago.

The effects have been tremendous.

It has made an unbelievable difference to my golf playing – especially in the second half of the season.
I was able to concentrate totally on my matches having lost the “nerves” I was plagued with earlier on.
In general, the effect has been to relax me in other situations and my only regret is that I hadn’t done this sooner. Many thanks
K

SURFING

Hi Alan

I just thought I’d drop you an email to say HI.

I remember when I came to see you about 8 years ago in Ballymena and in Belfast that on your wall you had notes from people you had helped and who had a successful response to hypnosis. I have been meaning to write one for ages now.

You probably don’t even remember me cos it was so long ago but I came to you to seek hypnosis for my surfing as I struggled with confidence and self belief at times.

After I saw you I found it hard to grasp the hypnosis for a few months and I over thank it but after a short time I found how to use it and it made me so aware of my mind that I started achieving huge things in surfing and in other parts of life.

I went to England to compete on the UK pro tour and finished fifth in my first year on tour and also in the same year won the British Student Nationals.

I went on to take on surfing some of the most dangerous big wave spots in the world and am currently involved with riding waves as big as 60 feet here in Ireland.

I have used hypnotherapy a great deal and I really honestly believe that coming to see you for three short sessions changed my approach and made me more aware of my mind.

I still use it now and have developed it into using my own words and putting them on paper in my house and van.

The mind is a very powerful tool and most people overlook that side of what they are doing and focus more on the physical instead of a balance.

I have been nominated for a global big wave riding award in the past two years and I have just recently been invited to compete on the APT (association of professional tows surfers) at an event in Chile. my friend Andrew will go alongside me and we are the first team to be included in this event from Europe.

Thank you once again for hypnotising me way back then. It truly has played a huge part in my success.

RUNNING

Dear Mr Gilchrist,

At first the mile and a half which I was required to run in under fourteen minutes as part of Armed forces selection seemed virtually impossible.

Since leaving school and therefore school sport I had gained 2 stone and and acquired a mental block about my fitness level.

However I passed selection and start training in October. Many thanks
J.
